Photo Ready
The final step before placing your home up for sale is getting the money shots! I’ll do a final walkthrough of your home to make sure it's photo ready and at that time, I’ll ask what days and times will work for the photography appointment.
Photos normally take 45 minutes to an hour. You do not need to be present for the appointment. I schedule and pay for photos; there is no cost to you.
I will also email you a checklist of what to do to prepare for your appointment.
