While we wait for your photos to get back, I will begin following my 8-week marketing method by beginning at week 0 and executing the following strategies (these items may vary):
Create marketing narrative
Place lockbox on home for showings
Install for sale sign (allowed 24 hours before going live on the MLS)
Create social media marketing material
Create print marketing material
Set up landing page website
Share one "sneak peek" social media post (allowed 24 hours before going live on the MLS)
Once I have your photos back and have my printed marketing material for your home, we can go live on the MLS.
