It’s always disappointing when an offer falls through. There are various reasons, such as the buyer and seller couldn’t come to an agreement, the buyer wasn’t comfortable with the home inspection results, or maybe their financing couldn’t get approved.
Either way, the best thing to do is to get your home back on the market and continue marketing and allowing showings. I will also contact Realtors® who previously went through the home to let them know your home is back on the market.
