Clean + Tidy
So, you’ve gone through your to-do list and have made your repairs, it’s now time to get your home clean. This is ideally done a day or 2 before your professional photos.
A dirty home can turn buyers off immediately. We want your home to shine, especially the main areas of concern for buyers, the kitchen and bathrooms! If the thought of cleaning your home by yourself is overwhelming, I can point you in the direction of professional cleaners.
Staging and repairs should be done before you deep clean.
Here are some of the main items that MUST be clean and in good repair:
Bathroom sinks/tubs/toilets and grout
Kitchen sink and counters
Inside of oven and microwave
Baseboard throughout the home (clean and/or paint it!)
Walls
Windows
Furnace filter
Patio and deck
Exterior mold/mildew
Clean your carpet or replace it
Spruce up your landscaping
