Congratulations! You and the buyer(s) have come to an agreement and accepted the terms of the home sale. Once you and the buyer(s) have signed the contract, you now have what’s called an “executed contract”, and we begin the contract to close process.
I will send a copy of the executed contract to the title company along with the important information they’ll need for your file.
I will mark your home as “pending” on the MLS and will cancel any previously scheduled showings. The day after everyone has signed is considered the start of the 10 day inspection + investigation period.
