No Offers



So, your home has been on the market for a while, and maybe we’re coming up on the average days on market for your area.


First, don't get discouraged! Market changes can happen quickly and selling a home does not happen overnight. We just need to find the ONE buyer who is ready and willing to purchase your home.

However, we do need to take a good hard look as to why your home is not garnering showings and/or offers.


There are many metrics I will be monitoring:

  • Amount of showings

  • Views on ads

  • Click-through rates on ads and property website

  • Feedback from buyers and their agents

  • Market conditions

If your home is showing a lack of interest from prospective homebuyers, then a price reduction is most likely needed. Research and feedback from the market will give direction on the price to market the home. A $2-3,000 price reduction will likely not be enough to entice buyers to take another look at your home. Price reductions need to be large enough to re-engage buyer interest.


Once a new price has been determined, I will update the MLS and re-market your home with the amended price.
