Chances are if you’re looking at this page, you’re thinking of selling your home. Well, you are in the right spot!


You may find yourself wanting to use Zillow, Trulia, and other national real estate websites to get an idea of what you can sell your home for. Those are great places to start, however, those sites do not tell the whole story and are not always 100% accurate as they do not include sales data for pocket listings and off-market sales, and “Zestimates” can be 20% or more off the mark.

Here is an outline of my process:


Phone Screening:


Once you have contacted me, the next step is to do an Initial Phone Screening. This is where we’ll both get to know each other a bit. I’ll ask some basic questions about your home, how soon you need to move, if you’ve ever sold a home before, and what you look for in a Realtor®. This is also a chance for you to ask me some questions about the process and anything else you’d like to know. If we both decide to move forward after the initial screening, I’ll schedule a time that we can meet at your home and I’ll get to work on some market information and other reports.


Additional Information:


Once we have a consult scheduled, keep an eye on your email as I’ll send you my Seller's Homework Packet, Marketing Plan, Service Options, Seller's Guide, and required Disclosures before our consultation. This way, you have time to review and we can focus on what's most important to you during our time together.



Listing Consultation:


At the listing consultation, we’ll go over a few things:


  • The market activity in your area

    • Average sale price and days on market

  • Your Home’s Market Analysis

    • How your home compares to others that have sold or are on the market

  • Your Estimated Net Sheet

    • This will show you the costs and how much you can expect to profit from the sale of your home

  • A home walkthrough

    • I’ll walk through your home with the eyes of a buyer and you can show me any updates and upgrades you've made

  • A plan to get your home “show ready”

    • I’ll bring my Home Enhancement Checklist that you can go through to prepare your home for sale

  • Any questions you have regarding the material I sent to your email


At the end of our consultation, you’ll have an idea of my personality, how I conduct business, and whether you would like to move forward with hiring me to sell your home.


The Paperwork:


If we both decide that working together is a good fit and you decide to hire me, we’ll go through the Listing Agreement and Seller’s Disclosures. Once those are signed, I’ll be able to begin working on getting your home SOLD!
